Ordering and Delivery
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Placing an order is super easy! To order, click the product of your choice and simply click on the 'Add to Basket' button. This will add the product to your basket but note you will not have committed to buy at this point.
When you have finished adding products to your basket, click the basket icon in the top right of any page. Follow the instructions provided to continue to checkout and confirm your order.
All orders can be amended at any point before the "Payment" page.
Once the order has been placed you’ll receive an email notification acknowledging receipt of your order.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER?
If you have already placed and confirmed your order, unfortunately further items cannot be added.
However, if you wish to place an order for extra products, please place a separate order and drop me an email.
If your original order has not yet been dispatched, I’ll happily combine the orders and refund the difference in postage. If your original order has already been dispatched I cannot amend postage and orders will be shipped separately.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible!
If your order has not already been dispatched, your order will be cancelled and a refund issued.
If your order has already dispatched, you will need to return your order. Refer to the "Returns" page for more information.
For all digital pattern orders, once payment is made no cancellation or refund can be made due to the automatic download feature.
DO ALL PRODUCTS APPEAR EXACTLY AS THEY DO ON MY DEVICE?
I endeavour to ensure all of our product photography is clear and a true representation of the product.
However, please be aware that colour may differ slightly to the physical item dependent on the resolution and settings of your screen. Every care is taken to ensure descriptions and measurements are accurate, however slight variations may occur.
All hand embroidered items are unique and will therefore have slight variations in their own ways compared to product photographs.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes! Pulp Stitchin' ships orders all over the world. Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the selected destination and weight of order.
Please note, the delivery time of international shipments outwith the UK do vary greatly depending on location. Pulp Stitchin' is not responsible for any import taxes on shipments outwith the EU.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the size and weight of the items you're ordering. All prices include packaging.
- Unless otherwise stated all UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail's standard 1st Class postage (should arrive within 2 working days of dispatch) or Royal Mail's standard 2nd Class postage for heavier items (should arrive within 3 working days of dispatch).
- International orders will be sent via Royal Mail's standard International Airmail unless otherwise stated. No tracking is available on these orders!
I NEED MY ORDER IN A HURRY!
Need your Pulp Stitchin' goodies in a jiffy? No problem! You can upgrade all UK orders to Royal Mail Special Delivery for an additional charge. Please select this at checkout.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
- UK - orders should arrive within 2-5 days of dispatch.
- EU - delivery usually takes around 7-10 days from dispatch.
- US/Canada/Rest of World - delivery usually take around 14-21 days from dispatch.
Occasionally there can be unexpected delays during shipping, which are beyond our control. If after 21 days you order has not been delivered, drop me an email and I can help to locate your order!
